The Opportunity:

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about aviation? We’re looking for a Crew Planning Officer to play a pivotal role in our operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring crew readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out long-term crew planning.

• Calculate and monitor crew duties in accordance with flight time limitations (EASA FTL and/or company manuals).

• Schedule training activities for crew members, instructors, evaluators, and line check airmen to ensure all training and evaluation programs are completed on time.

• Make worldwide logistical arrangements for crew members.

• Monitor crew qualifications and ensure compliance.

• Administer the crew planning system.

• Perform other relevant duties as required by operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of the aviation industry.

• Ability to comprehend and apply the company's Flight Time Limitations (FTL) scheme.

• Familiarity with EASA training and licensing requirements.

• Knowledge of crew visa requirements and application processes.

• Good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial aviation roles (1 year minimum).

Education and Experience
  • A degree in aviation-related studies.
