Aeroates Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of its client for a reliable, detail-oriented and well-organised Accounts &amp; Administration Executive to support the organisation's day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
Working closely with Executive management and the organisation's auditor, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, running reports from the accounting system, and carrying out a range of general administrative duties. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone with a solid foundation in accounts and strong administration skills.
Key Responsibilities
&nbsp;•	Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
•	Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and supplier statement reconciliations.
•	Assist the auditor in compiling management accounts packs for submission to the CEO and Executive management.
•	Assist the CEO with ad hoc financial queries, pulling relevant information from the accounting system as required.
•	Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are filed accurately and are easily retrievable.
•	Support the coordination of finance-related meetings and assist in preparing agendas and supporting documentation.
•	Provide general administrative support to the finance function and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
•	Assist with the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other statutory filings as directed.
•	Help maintain compliance with accounting policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
•	Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders under the direction of Executive management.
•	Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment by supporting colleagues across the organisation.
<h4 style="margin-top: 24px;" class="heading education">Education and Experience</h4><ul class="jobDescList education"><li>Minimum of A-level qualification in Accounts, Business, or a related subject.</li><li>An AAT qualification, bookkeeping diploma, part-qualified ACCA status, or similar vocational accounting qualification would be considered as advantage.</li><li>A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field would be considered an advantage.</li><li>At least 2 years' experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, or Shireburn) and experience running standard reports.</li><li>Knowledge of local VAT regulations is an asset.</li><li>Some experience in an administrative or office support role would be an advantage.</li></ul>

Accounts & Administrative Executive

Aeroates Ltd is recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced aviation professional to fill the position of Deputy Head of Safety &amp; Compliance.
The role will support the Head of Safety &amp; Compliance in ensuring continued regulatory compliance within an EASA-regulated and IOSA environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of immediate operational deployment and able to integrate into the role with minimal onboarding.
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support the Head of Safety &amp; Compliance in maintaining the Compliance Monitoring Programme in accordance with EU Regulation 965/2012 (Air OPS), EU Regulation 1321/2014 (Part-CAMO / Part-145) and IOSA Standards.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate and conduct internal and external compliance audits across operational departments.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and maintain audit plans and audit checklists.</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Oversee compliance of contracted and subcontracted organisations.</li>
<li>Liaise with the Competent Authority during regulatory surveillance activities.</li>
<li>Monitor regulatory changes and ensure appropriate internal dissemination.</li>
<li>Support operational risk oversight and Safety Management System activities.</li>
<li>Assist in safety data monitoring, occurrence reporting oversight, and trend analysis.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance and safety documentation and support governance meetings (SRB/MRB).</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in Compliance Monitoring or Safety role within an EASA AOC environment.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of EU Regulation 965/2012 and EU Regulation 1321/2014.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Occurrence Reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of IOSA Standards (Preferred)</li>
<li>Demonstrated audit experience and management of corrective actions.</li>
<li>Experience with Flight Operations audits will be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Experience liaising with aviation authorities.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Safety Management Systems and risk assessment principles.</li>
<li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office applications.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, reporting, and organisational skills.</li>
<li>High level of integrity and professional judgement.</li>
